The Quality Alliance is joint chaired by IfATE and the Department for Education and brings together a wide variety of prominent partner organisations involved with the quality of apprenticeships and technical education.
They include:

- Ofsted,
- Ofqual,
- Office for Students,
- Universities UK,
- University Vocational Awards Council,
- WorldSkills UK,
- Association of Colleges,
- Association of Employment and Learning Providers,
- The Education and Training Foundation and
- The Federation of Awarding Bodies.
