The Institute is committed to supporting the apprenticeship sector to deal with the significant challenge Covid-19 presents.

We are doing everything we can to continue the delivery of high-quality apprenticeships, while putting everyone’s health and wellbeing first.

We are working closely with the Department for Education, Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), Treasury, and the National Apprenticeship Service.

Our full guidance applying to all apprenticeships is available below. If you are looking for help on a specific apprenticeship, then we have just published a list of additional flexibilities.

The below explains who is taking the lead in each area.

Institute guidance

We are leading on end point assessment and external quality assurance, making it more flexible, especially for remote delivery.
