A survey has opened inviting all those in the apprentice sector to review the work of the Institute

This is the third annual stakeholder engagement survey the Institute has launched and it helps us to improve

The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (the Institute) is today launching an annual stakeholder engagement survey to gather views on our work over the last 12 months.

We are asking stakeholders like apprentices, employers, training providers, end point assessment organisations and higher education institutions what experiences they have had when dealing with the Institute. The survey will close at midnight on Monday 14 December.

Responses will help us understand where we are succeeding and where improvements are needed, and the Institute is always looking to make positive changes.

Chief executive at the Institute, Jennifer Coupland said:

“Our stakeholder survey is a really important annual event as it gives us the chance to reflect on all our work how well we engage with all our stakeholders.

“This survey will give us the chance to look at what’s working well and where we could make improvements. Your views will ultimately help determine how we operate, how we communicate and the impact that we have. I’d strongly encourage as many people to take part in this survey as possible, your views will mean a great deal in to how we support the sector going forward.”

This is a short survey and should only take around ten minutes to complete. If you have any questions please email enquiries.ifa@education.gov.uk.
